Rio Metro provides accessible transportation services for people with disabilities residing in Albuquerque Metro, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas and Belen whose impairment makes it impossible to ride any of the fixed route bus services.

Rio Rancho Dial-a-Ride runs weekdays only and is a door-to-door transportation service for Rio Rancho residents 62 years of age and older, and for disabled adults 18 years of age and older. This service is for Rio Rancho residents only and you must be registered to use the service.

The Rio Metro Regional Transit District operates the Dial-a-Ride service available to the general public, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, in Valencia County. Rides must be requested by 12 NOON one business day in advance.

The Pueblo of Isleta Dial-a-Ride operates weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for trips within the Pueblo, to the ABQ RIDE Route 53 stop on NM 314, and to Wal-Mart in Los Lunas.

Pueblo of Isleta Dial-a-Ride passengers will not be charged a fare. Instead, the Pueblo has arranged to pay all fares. Should that policy change, the Valencia County Dial-a-Ride fares would apply.
